which will be elected by NOCBOR members beginning September 28 (at NOCBOR office), and conclude on October 12, 2010, at NOCBOR’s Annual Membership meeting, Iroquois Club (Woodward & Square Lk.). Following are the names of the individuals who have been endorsed by the Nominating Committee: REALTORS® Cheryl Gates-Beers (Keller Williams/Clarkston); James Gillen (Keller Williams/Clarkston); Geoff Leach (C-21 Today/ West Bloomfield); Jake Porritt (Beacon Real Estate/Lake Orion); Rhona Ravenell (Principal of Omega Appraisal/Southfield) and Cathy Siders (C-21 Today/West Bloomfield). Members must elect 4 REALTORS®, one of which must be a principal. The Affiliate Director is elected for one year, and Laura Felix-Smith (Seaver Title) is recommended for the position. Individuals, interested in one of the positions, can be on the ballot by filing   a Petition, containing 25 signatures of NOCBOR REALTORS®.
