Appraisers Offered Con-ed
REALTOR/Appraiser Brian Kirksey will offer “2011-2012 7 Hour National USPAP Update” and “2 Hours of Michigan License Law,” which is intended for real estate appraisers, brokers and sales agents, for the cost of $195. The program is approved for 7 hours of continuing education credits for USPAP, and 2 hours of Michigan License Law through the State of Michigan for real estate appraisers and real estate agents. The USPAP class is also AQB approved for 2011-2012 and is required continuing education for appraisers renewing every 2 years. Materials for the class must be pre-ordered.
