The three-year cycle also mandates that to renew your license for an additional three years, you must have completed eighteen (18) hours of continuing education, including six (6) hours of real estate law. NOCBOR will offer its first 2012 6 hours of continuing education on Friday, March 30, 2012, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. All Committee members may attend the 2012 continuing education training at NOCBOR, free of charge, for their participation. The author of the course, Jack Miedema, will instruct the class, which includes the mandated 2 hours of real estate law.
