PRIMARY BOARD TRANSFER APPLICATION (PRIMARY BOARD TRANSFERS ONLY)
This is the application required to transfer your Primary membership to NOCBOR. Payment for the 2024 dues renewal is due upon application. The card provided on the application will be charged $550.80 for the 2024 dues renewal. Please indicate in writing when you submit your application if the 2024 dues renewal was already paid to your current board/association. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR KEPT ON FILE.
SECONDARY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
This is the application required to join NOCBOR as a secondary member. This application allows members access to the MLS & NOCBOR Members Benefits. Secondary members MUST maintain their primary membership with there current board in order to qualify for secondary membership with NOCBOR. Payment for the 2024 secondary dues is due upon application. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR KEPT ON FILE.
MLS ONLY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
This is the application required to join NOCBOR as an MLS Only member. This application allows members access to the MLS. MLS Only members MUST maintain their primary membership with there current board in order to qualify for MLS Only membership with NOCBOR. Payment for the 2024 MLS Only Membership is due upon application. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR KEPT ON FILE.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION (BRAND NEW Licensees and/or first time joining a board)

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
For applicants who do not practice real estate but recognize the value of belonging to one the state's largest local Realtor® association. Ideal for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, home interior designers, surveyors, etc.
REALCOMP BROKER WAIVER
A Certification by Designated Realtor® as to Non-User Licensees.
REALCOMP AGENT WAIVER
A certification of MLS use.
MEMBER STATUS CHANGE FORM
A form required for agents who change brokerage firms.
