Membership Application
This is the general application required to join NOCBOR. Membership in NAR and MAR opens the gate to your career in real estate

Affiliate Membership Application
For applicants who do not practice real estate but recognize the value of belonging to the state's largest local REALTOR® association. Ideal for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, home interior designers, surveyors, etc.

Membership Status Change Form
A form required for agents who change brokerage firms.

Realcomp II Ltd. Participation Application
A form to join and have access to Realcomp's Multiple Listing Services (MLS).

Special Award
A form to pick awards for Distinguished Service, Rookie-Of-The-Year, Affiliate-Of-The-Year and Broker/Manager-Of-The-Year.
