Current 2016 Classes
This course familiarizes students with green principles and choices in home design & constructions, raises awareness of innovative material systems, teaches students about energy-efficient systems including onsite power generation, and teaches students to distinguish levels and cost benefits of retrofitting, remodeling, or renovating existing homes. This class counts for 6 hours continuing education for appraisal and real estate.
